Received my adapter today for the Tamron lens so here are the results. I bought 4 zoom lenses for £30 and this is my fave so far.

The lens is Tamron adaptive system or something like that so you can have whatever mount you want. I went for the Olympus fitting. You effectively have 2 adapters! The adapter was £12 from ebay.
