Showcase Tamron 135mm f/2.8 CONVERTO

I recently came across a Tamron CONVERTO lens, 128/2.8, with an SR/MD converter mounted.

It has ~12 aperture blades, and pre-set aperture rings.
Mine has a chunk of the filter thread broken off.

Someone else has one on eBay right now in better condition, for a lot of money, with pictures:
