    The framing feels a little compressed to me but I spose that's the joy of using primes...
     
  5. Lovely shot. I think you're right that a wider perspective or even a slight crop at the bottom down to a wider format might improve it even further, but that's for you to decide.

    Re: the comments on cropping, I'm often guilty of not cropping when the image would probably benefit from it, but it's really about the feel that you prefer. So I'm the last one who should comment on crops.

    In this case though, I'd have to agree with LP, the amount of water at the lower part of the frame doesn't add much, unless you value the sense of space.

    Thanks for the feedback. I agree, I think a crop to the bottom would improve the composition.

    I never really thought about cropping to to make it feel *less* compressed :)
