Swansea's Maritime Quarter

    This used to be smelly industrial land on the coast and around the docks. I can still recall the chemical smell when I used to go fishing off the dock piers as a kid.

    The land was reclaimed and over the last twenty years or so and developed into prime residential and commercial property. Unfortunately, the recession has taken hold and many properties remain empty.

    A great locale for photos there - superb!

    I certainly hope things pick up there, if they do Swansea looks like it's just primed to go.
