Just before daylight savings ended, I decided to take advantage of the late autumn sunrise, so I don't have to wake up too early

Accuweather was showing -5C, but real feel of -12C. That's about 10F.

I'm always surprised by the close-up ability of the 14-150mm lens, and how well macro turns out. This is between the planks of the walkway.

  2. A few of those look like aerial views... where were they shot from?

The park service has built a small wodden tower for better views. Because the country is so flat, even a small tower gets you really great views.

These are amazing! Love the color tones and perspectives. Ice reflections in #1 are superb.
