Suggested Video Settings for Shooting Karate Demo in School

    I plan to shoot video of a karate test and demonstration this weekend in a school I'm part of. I figured I'll shoot with the OMD EM5 Mark II (vs the Pen-F or my GX8)...probably use the Panasonic 12-35 f/2.8 lens mostly. Have the battery grip and 4 batteries at hand.
    I'm looking for suggestions for settings....I may go manual WB, we'll see as it's fluorescent lighting. Then I'm thinking:

    1080 60P so I can slow things down nicely in post where I want to.
    I figured I'd use C-AF+Tracking for focus. Probably shoot mostly on tripod, some handheld.
    Adjust ISO and aperture so I get 1/120 of sec for shutter for 60P...sound right??

    Input appreciated. Thanks! (and BTW, if you think I ought to shoot the GX8 where I believe I can do 120P ?? I'm open to that. Don't think will bother shooting 4K however just on file size and content for this.
