Street market series in sepia

    a visit to the neighborhood street market this morning.
    (which i have not been to for many years...:tongue:)

    I like the scenes but, other than the last shot perhaps, I don't think they suit the sepia tone.

    I'm not even remotely an expert, so this is purely my own opinion. Perhaps a slightly grainy look in b&w might have worked better than sepia but I sometimes think markets with fruit and flowers look better full of vibrant colour.

    On my monitor they appear rather yellow but I really like the pictures. The colour in the second post is lovely and vibrant and I Really love the last "accidental" shot! Lovely to see where you live, post more?

    i must say Kuala Lumpur is rather unique that we still have street markets
    and even night markets. will take some photos on the night marker to share
    the "culture" with you guys when my photography skill improves.

    the street market where i took some photos this morning has been there for
    at least 30 years. it opens every morning.

    yes, all the photos are yellowish mainly because of the golden morning sun
    and the heavy shades (newbie me struggled with the WB. :tongue: ).
