Strap or Harness for cameras and binoculars

Well for the time being, I put the PD tripod plate on the foot of the 40-150 so that I can attach one side of the strap to it.
I have to figure out how to put the OT Lens Loop on both of my lenses 40-150/2.8 and 70-200/4. That would keep the tripod foot clear for an AS plate.

Dang, that reminds me, I have to teach the kids in school how to carry a camera with a heavy lens.
I don't trust the kids to be as careful as we are.
I let the camera and lens hang from the Lens Loop, but usually carry the camera and lens cradled in my left arm held horizontally or hold the camera grip and letting it hang downward from my fingers for much of the time. Of course, when shooting, the lens is cradled in the left hand and the camera in gripped in the right.
