Store E-M1 VF occasionally "foggy"

    When I say foggy, I mean with all the contrast washed out of the image, so everything looks like shades of grey. And it only happened when I moved the view so the centre of the view went from darker to lighter (you know, now I think about it I didn't check if the camera was set to centre spot metering). So from the displays in the store, to through the front window out into the street.

    Live View Boost was Off. Once I switched it on, the fogging effect stopped.

    Anyone else seen this with an E-M1?

    If it's set to spot metering it adjusts the EVF as if the entire scene were metered the same as the spot meter (so if the spot is metering +3 EV everything in the EVF will render at +3 EV). Turning boost on disables it.
