In September, I rode my Harley over 4500 Kms on a road trip from Ajax, Ontario to the east coast. I was my second trip taking the Panasonic G9 with several lenses as well as a Panasonic LX-100 as the grab and go walk around camera. Nice thing about this kit is the whole lot fits in one shoulder bag and slides easily into my bike's tour pak. The G9 met all my expectations and never let me down.

These photos were taken in Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia.

Thank You and in the last two years, I've fallen in love with Canada's East Coast. My wife and I went to PEI as well and we really enjoyed our time there.

Thank You for the positive words. Peggy’s Cove is one of those locations where one tends to see wide open, those large boulders dominate everything.

I have never been there. I can see what the attraction is that would draw one to the coast. Thanks for the very nice pictures. I really like the lighthouse pictures

My wife is from Nova Scotia. In May 2018, we went and stayed with her sister. My brother-in-law was kind enough to take me around to different places. Here are a few pictures from the trip. Shot with a Panasonic GM1, O 9-18mm, P 12-32mm, and P 35-100mm f4.

Great shots, Rob. My wife and I were down there in September as well, during the hot spell. We drove down from our home in Whitby :)  I brought my GX8, the PL8-18, P14-140 and 17/1.8. Peggy's Cove is just begging for some wide-angle love.

Our families are both from down that way, so all of the Maritimes have a real special place in our hearts. We stayed right there at the Breakwater Inn at the bottom of the hill. Got to know Peter, the owner of the inn and the tour boat.

Again, nice shots. Peggy's Cove is very photogenic, as you know, and your compositions are great. Well done.

I was wondering how I could have missed those landscapes, but I actually did the Cabot Trail back in 2005, had a good time hiking and taking pictures with my Canon Elph Sd200 3MP!!!.

    Close female moose snapshot.

Had a blast riding my bike over the twisty, hilly roads.

I rode the Cabot Trail with my dad many years ago. Before digital, so I'm hard pressed to find the photos, but I know I have them somewhere. Very nice pictures from your 3MP kit.

Thank You and I really like your photos. Riding the Cabot Trail is on next year's bucket list. I wish there was enough time on the last trip, however it was not the case.

Lovely pictures of one of my favorite places! I've been lucky enough to visit multiple times over the last 15 years (3 times on my motorcycle and 3 by car), visiting NB, PEI, and Nova Scotia. (In 2017, I added Newfoundland and Labrador, driving the trans-Labrador highway, but that's another tale.) One of my favorite stops on the Cabot Trail is the bog trail, where there are the most amazing bog flowers.

I visited Peggy's Cove, but spent more time taking pictures of northern gannets than I did of the rocks. (Should have stuck to the rocks, as they don't fly like gannets and I would have gotten better pictures.)
