    hi
    (SOLD locally)

I am selling the big Tamron SP, 300mm, f2.8, LD(IF) from $500 (local pickup, SF Bay area will be cheaper). This is the complete package in Adaptall2 mount with,

    - Lens : glass, aperture all in mint condition. The barell has some cosmetic ageing (paints, etc. no dings/damages). The focus ring is smooth and the aperture ring is nice and snappy.

    - TeleConvertors : both 1.4x and 2.0x

    - Mount Adapters : Micro-4/3, Nikon, Canon (you can choose 2 of these)

    - Drop-in Filter mount and adapters : The clear and blue

    - Front filter : (always been on it) and is pretty expensive :)

    - Hood + Silicone cover : The front lining has some wear on it, but, it slides in fine. The front cap is missing, but, the hood cover is very protective.

you can see full size images at Lens
    https://picasaweb.google.com/ebay.shrimp123/Tamron300mmF28#

The whole package is for $500 (no fee paypal and conus usps shipping included).
you can see my feedback in 4/3 forums and ebay on the the same name.

    thanks
    S

    Hey Shrimpie,
You gotta admend your description of the lens. Your title states that it's a 300mm, your pic shows that it's a 300mm but you describe it as a 200mm.
    Cheers,
    Konrad

Unfortunately, I can't justify a purchase of a 300mm at this point in time (that's why I don't own the Panny 100-300 yet). I've been quite indiscriminate with my spending these last couple of months so it's time to get back to down to reality and start saving for the next home reno project. Thanks for the offer though.

I'm not sure I'd want to mount this on my E-P1 I might look like a bit of a dork...
It might be interesting to use on my Alpha 850, though I don't know how I'd get the thing on there....
Do you have a gallery of photos taken with this? I wonder how apparent CA is in high contrast.

yes you are right. It looks wierd on my epl1 too....

most of the pics are copyright of the person who financed the lens for me. Here is one which we did for territoriality (sorry, that squirt was a requirement)

please dont look at the exif data ;)

and lens has been sold locally to Stephan.
