Description
Very nice looking silver EP1 with black pebbled skin. Includes box, manuals, battery, charger, body cap, and attached red Gariz soft shutter button. 2130 actuations at the moment. I may put a few more on but will recount before sale if necessary.

Two issues. Very minor to me but nonetheless must be disclosed.

LCD marks. There are a few minor LCD coating rubs. Not very noticeable even into a reflected light source. With LCD on - not noticeable.

Power on. I'll do my best to explain. Any question please feel free to ask.

If the camera has been powered off for more than a half hour, and you then power it on it doesn't display the subject. Menu and playback work perfectly. Also, the shutter will not actuate. A quick power on and power off and everything functions fine. Let it sit for fifteen minutes it's fine. Half hour to an hour and you'll have to reset it. I've shot with it now for about two weeks(1k actuations) and it has been very consistent.

I don't find it much of an issue in use at all as my tendencies are to shoot within a few minutes of each power on. Before I go in, I'll power on and off and it's good to go. YMMV.

I also have a like new extra Olympus battery that I can add for $15.

So there is no battery with the sale of the unit itself? It's sold "separately"? Just trying to clarify, thanks.
