Solar eclipse today

    It looked like it would be a really cloudy day out, but it turns out a little bit of cloud was precisely what was needed, as it formed a kind of a "filter" over the sun.

    BTW, for those of you wondering about pointing the camera at the sun, I left it standing there turned on pointing at the sun zoomed at 150mm for over half an hour, but with the filter attached.

    Nice! Here in Sweden we also had, 85-90% coverage depending on where in this long country you live. I live in the south region and we had 85%, but I didn't get a chance until like 25 minutes after peak, because of the clouds. Here is the best shot:
