Today I went out for a day in the Cotswolds with the family and went to the stunning Snowshill Lavender and took far too many similar looking pictures of some flowers!! Strangest thing was the constant hum of Bees in the fields, loads of my shots have Bees hidden in them either in or out of focus.

Keep up the outstanding work people, still enjoy popping through and getting jealous at your shots.

Good set. 1 and 4 are my faves.

Fabulous. What an experience. The only thing missing on this end is "Scratch-n-sniff".

Haha, you're right. As we drove up with the windows down we could smell it, and the lavender ice-cream was surprisingly tasty too. Tickets to walk amongst it are £2.50 which isn't bad considering you can return whenever all summer (good if you're close by like me).

All I want is sun for 1/800th second, do you think I can get it?

Nice set of images and I can almost smell the Lavendar.

I live in the Cotswolds (Cirencester) and we are very lucky with the great photo opportunities we have in the area, have to admit to not having done the Lavendar shots yet so thanks for sharing them and reminding me of their existence.

Great images. My wife and I visited a lavender farm by accident while wandering through the Cotswolds a couple years ago and I can still smell it.
