Super Takumar 50mm f1.4 with front cap (no rear). Glass is clean and blemish free. Aperture blades are snappy and oil-free. It's my all-time favorite legacy lens. I loved it so much I bought it twice. But I can't justify keeping extra duplicate lenses around. Well packed and in your grubby little hand for $100 (NOW down to $75 !!) Find out why this lens has a devoted cult following. I'm no great photographer, but here's some shots I captured with it...... Someone NEEDS this Super Takumar! It's a beauty (much nicer looking than my photos would have you believe).

Just out of curiosity, which adapter are you using/did you use on that 50mm?

I'm using the Fotasy M42-M4/3 adapter, but any of them should work fine.

I am dropping the price to $90 and includes all fees and shipping. Here's an old shot of it on an E-P1 with some macro extension tubes.

Final price drop to $75 before I list on eBay. I paid $90 and it was worth every penny to me.

As one of the Takumar cult followers, I'll just say that this is one of the finest legacy 50s you can find - excellent craftsmanship with a smooth focusing action, tack sharp, and beautiful bokeh. Someone who is new to m4/3 and looking to try out legacy glass should snap it up!

Do it, I hope you enjoy it. This is my favorite lens, despite having many native pieces. I have the newer version w/rubber grip, but honestly prefer this style and was trying really hard not to break down and have 2 copies.

I was just going through my email and saw I had a message from Jennkaotic and sent payment details. Then I log on to this site (not here much lately) and Bhupinder was interested. This is a good reminder to use the private messaging system in addition to post replies on the thread. If the deal with Jenn falls through, you're next in line Bhupinder. It had been for sale for a few weeks so I don't feel quite as bad.

You should definitely search one out. I love the images I get from mine and I really enjoy the slower more deliberate type of shooting I do when I'm using it.
