SMC M50/f1.4 on film

    I've been posting quite a bit lately from the SMC Pentax M50/f1.4 on my GH2, so I thought it'd be interesting to see that lens as it was intended :smile:

    Pentax LX - M50/f1.4 - Ilford FP4-125

    These were both around 5min exposures, shot @ f11 with the LX in 'Auto' - a pretty impressive example of the LX's off-the-film metering!

    No, they're just diffraction stars. The M50 has 8 aperture blades :smile:

    Yep, a technique I haven't quite mastered...

    Very nice shots! I just went through a roll in my super me with this lens.

    Hopefully I can find time to develop and scan this week, I will post some shots here.
