I am not comfortable photographing strangers as I too do not like to be photographed. For me the solution is to photograph people as a moving blur. That way I capture what people are doing (the real interest for me) while not revealing their identity. I particularly like to photograph people in the city. There the diminutive people are dwarfed by tall buildings, so you do not have the sense what it is like to move in a city canyon. The answer is to use a fisheye. However on bright days, at slow shutter speed the images would be overexposed. As the fisheye does not take filters, I used to use a gelatine filter duck taped to the back of the fisheye lens. With EM-1Mk3, this is no longer necessary, as this camera emulates slow shutter speed (LiveND mode) and no ND filters are needed.

I really like the way using fisheye I can get people big enough so that they can be shown as beg enough and I still get the tall buildings in.

Of course, you do not always use fisheye to get interesting photos:

Do share your photos of people shot at slow shutter speed.
