Sold all my m43 stuff but kept my old ep5 without a lens, but recently I bought the cheap Sigma 60 2.8, just to see what I was missing, and my, oh my... It's so delicious and so nice to have 120mm fov to work with. It will compliment my fuji just fine!

Well, like fransglans, I've bought one too and it arrived this afternoon, so here's a batch for you that I took, dashing around the garden.

A photo of no particular merit other than it was captured with my new [used] Sigma 60mm.
It works a treat with the OIS on my Oly EM 10 2......but, with it's Sony minimalism, it just doesn't look great with the Oly's retro styling.
But with it's great IQ, and it's minimalist price, I'm happy to live with that! 😉

I've only had this lens around 3 weeks and I love it. It's so sharp and crisp and is a joy to handle, despite several reviews slating the smooth barrel.
However, as I've just agreed to buy a used Olympus 60mm Macro lens, will the Sigma be consigned to the drawer or a For Sale ad I wonder?
Ah well, at least it's given me these lovely shots from the garden.

Oil on water using the Sigma 60mm 2,8 with a Hoya +4 close-up filter.

This is a great lens; my only regret being I bought it two weeks before a friend offered me his Olympus 60mm Macro at a bargain price.
I still think I'm going to use it plenty, because it's so much fun to use (besides which I paid £130 for it and I was only offered £45 to sell it back!).

These may be cross-posted from the 'Flowers' forum, but they need to be seen in this thread too. ;)

I remedied the smooth/slick barrel issue of this lens with one of these...they are grippy for lack of a better term.
