Very nice car shots! The lens is giving good isolation with the full car shots.

Yeah, I'm really really liking the 56. Was a little bit hesitant coming from the 42.5 with its OIS, but the G9 IBIS seems to be performing really really well.
Now that I'm off my crutches, the extra working distance doesn't seem to be a factor either. You've got to be pretty careful with AF point placement, when you zoom in a little bit at wider apertures, it does tend to stand out a bit if your a little bit off with your focus point

Some from a wedding on Saturday, all quick snaps, I am no wedding or portrait photographer as you can see, but a lens that gives someone without much experience a lot of fun.

Even the evening indoor shots with next to no light (room lit by fairy lights) are good enough for me, although I probably should have limited them to 3200 ISO. It wouldn't autofocus without light so I was left panicking and trying to remember how to use manual focus

I like these shots! Great stuff especially showcasing that bumping ISO isnt always a bad thing if you get the shot.

IANAP though. Just a hobbiest having fun.

Oh, and my Sigma 56 F1.4 arrives today =D

From a session last week using the ad600pro and a 48" deep parabolic softbox with my sigma 56.

Super lens. Only criticism is that it's way too sharp. Both of these have -12 texture and no sharpening.
