Got mine about two weeks ago, and really like it so far. It's not perfect (mostly it's way too big for what it is), but image quality is great, autofocus is fast, and the build quality and included case are nice. Will try to post some pics soon.

The Panasonic kit zoom 14-42 is extraordinarily sharp on my G3. My 14-150 Oly Zoom is a extremely sharp on my PL1.

Lovely dog! I just ordered this the 31st and it just shipped this morning so I can't wait to get it! It will be my first prime lens, doesn't seem like too many people are using it though. Love to see more shots and I will definitely be posting shots when I get it.

Thank you! I'm really enjoying this lens a lot more than I thought I would. I like it so much, in fact, I've ordered the 19mm f2.8 Sigma as well. It's on the way. I'd enjoy seeing what you do with your 30mm when it arrives! Here's another dog photo with mine---

Another beautiful dog, I'm very much a dog fan. And yea I was torn between the 19 or the 30 but I liked the bokeh and the color that the lens has. I probably won't get mine till next week but hopefully it will be nice so I can go out and shoot!

I just ordered one of these lenses. I had been wanting one since this thread was started. I noticed that the price had dropped the first part of December to $150. I was going to wait until spring but noticed that most places had raised the price back to $200. So I ordered one from the only seller I could find that still had them listed at $150. Thanks to all who have posted images as it made me want this lens. I will get a image posted here soon.

These lenses are real bargains. As much as I would have preferred more pancake type sizes, they are made well and perform well. And are a fraction of the price of the Olympus and Panasonic alternatives.

Sigma 30mm for...?

Used the "30" on E-p2 for daughter's wedding. It now resides on the wife's Pana G3. The photographer (me), didn't do the best job, but we got the memories. And, part of the "lack" here, can be the limited E-p2. Under exposure was intentional, though a bit too much. Very little PP here.

Finally got my sigma 30 last night but was too dark to do much with it. So I went around the woods on our property and snapped some pictures. Camera was taken with my Galaxy S3 and the rest are SOOC JPEGS.

With Raynox DCR-250, shot at f2.8 - I would have preferred to stop down, but didn't have a tripod handy!

They are both great value lenses for the price. I do to use the 30 more as been taking more people shots (mostly family) lately.
