igi, thanks so much for jumping right in and posting a photograph on your first visit - and a really nice one, too! I love the way you've caught the light on the person's legs...the sheets, the curtains... I feel as though I can actually feel the heat and hear the fan whirring in the background. Wonderful sense of the moment in this photo. Great lines on the windows drawing me back down into the room, onto the bed. Really quite beautiful.

A very subtle shot that looks great in B&W - it reminds me of a scene from an old 50's film especially with the fan and art deco style metal window guard.

I would like to see this with a touch of sepia.

Very very nice. Works very well in square. Very evocative of an era gone by!

you nearly guessed it right  I'm from the Philippines

it's almost summer out here(usually starts around March) but because we're experiencing a terrible El Nino season, it already feels like a very hot summer since the start of February

We usually keep out windows open, wear shorts and shirts, turn on the fans in hope for cooler air (keyword: hope:tongue:)

Do us all a favor...join in the Photo a Day blog and post some warm images and that beautiful light....the rest of us could use a lift...
    I'll seeya 'round....

not sure if i can post everyday but don't worry because I have lots of sunny photos taken since I got the E-P1

I must admit that even though it's really hot in the day, summer IMO is the best season for photography
