I couldn't find a thread for this so thought I would kick one off.

I wanted to get all the lens out to measure up for some soft cases and thought a little photo would be interesting.
Photo with E3 and spare 14-45 4/3 not in photo, didn't throw the E-M1 in either.

All lens fully extended for length comparison

    OK
    Left - Right
    Back Row: Canon FD 85-300 --- 4/3 70-300 --- 4/3 40-150 mk1 --- 4/3 14-45 mk1
Next Row: Samyang 85mm cine --- Tokina 70-210 FD --- Auto Focal 28mm FD (despite olympus cap) --- Canon FD 2X extender
    Front Row: O14-42 --- O12-50 --- 4/3 12-60 --- O45 --- Sigma 60 --- FD 2x Extender
In Front: E-PM2 bought for carry around --- lens hood --- Meike u43 Extension tubes

What's interesting is the 4/3 70-300 despite being thinner is nearly as big as the old Canon.
Guess i need to grow the native collection at some point

 True, but at around 50% saving on fleabay over a new one.... at least the screw on hood for it is black! I do like the O45 but it never seems to be on a camera.

The times I've used it the keeper rate is high, it's a great lens, I had it mounted for a little while last night on the pm2 as back up to the em1 and 12-60 but the em1/12-60 combo just smoked it for focus speed in the low/no light situation of the floriade night fest, see other thread.
I shot 900 plus photos with the em1 / 12-60 last night and apart from the ones I failed to set the focus point properly or made some stupid rooky mistake the keeper rate was very high, though by the time I culled duplicates from burst mode shots I got down to around 380 plus some videos. The 12-60 is becoming a favourite
