My wife and I went for a walk this evening and I happened to see this on the sidewalk just before she would have stepped on it. Had to look it up but it appears to be a Polyphemus Moth. I don't think I've ever seen one before. We managed to pick it up and put it on some shrubs in our back yard. It certainly is a beautiful moth.

From my morning walk. iPhone 11. Unretouched. There was a nice sunrise. I could see these cranes from across the street on Apple's new $1B campus. The best view was through this fence around a condo complex. Slightly grainy as I had to zoom in.
