Three stack HDR (+/-1 stop) in photoshop, tweaked in PS and lightroom. There are issues with the trees in the distance, but I like the overall effect.

Tastefully done. The effect of the moving people is interesting. Have you tried selecting one exposure as a master to "freeze" moving objects?
thank you, its done from a single raw file not multiple exposures, I had a long exposure as there were so many people about with it being a rainy bank holiday I wanted to "see through" the fog of people

A night exposure bracket test. Stitched 2 shot panorama of 2 HDR shots. 5 shots for each photo. Exposure blend, then auto stitched. Lumix G9 on sticks, 12-35 II, at 12mm, ISO 200, f/2.8 various exposures.

This is located in Blythe CA along the road to Salton Sea. Shot after midnight 3 days before the full moon.
