how thick was the bodywork back then to withstand all that rust and not get holes everywhere?

question: why do all these oldtrucks have to be riding so low? or is it deflated air suspension when parked? (reminds me of old Citroens with worn valves)

Lowriders are an art form and cultural phenomenon. Google and YouTube “lowrider cars” which seem to do more acrobatics and trucks which more animate their beds.

I wish we had curbside recycling. We have to take it to these bins with tiny vertical holes that have to be hand fed (no dumping your container).

Walked down to the weekly car show and spotted this. It was definitely channeled, maybe chopped too. I never did find the Owner to ask about it.
