A local park last week. Weather was supposed to be foggy so I was looking for a single tree with vibrant color, under normal circumstances, but it work out that way. Early the mist was just enought to wash out color but not dense enough to create the mood I wanted. Oh and the sky was a uniform white. It was like living under a bedsheet. Very late afternoon the mist ‘burned off’ giving only marginally better conditions.

I like the first one better, the second, upside - down, one seems unnatural. It looks like you have taken a photo and applied a wavy filter on it afterwards.
