That's a nice collection of canoe motors. Back in the day I had an identical copy of the second motor from the top left: a Johnson 3 horsepower. It ran all day on less than a gallon of mixed gas.

Some of those were actually on the stern of some of my boats at one time. I donated a few when they built the museum a few years back. These were taken at the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation - Maritime History Museum in Madisonville, LA which has grown quite a bit during the last few years. We have a long history of boat building here that is still alive and well (much like what you have in the NE). The Wooden Boat Festival is held here on the Tchefuncte River each year and brings people from everywhere. @jbruce Same here. Mine was a Evinrude branded version. Two cylinder, two stroke. Slightly later model. Got it for my tenth birthday IIRC.

Many, many happy hours exploring the Mooloolah River in SE Queensland.

I gave it to my nephew about 2-3 years ago.
