After 18 hours on a train, and an "L" ride plus 2 blocks walking to our hotel, I needed a break from the teens. A few precious chaperone-alone moments, and I found the SX Sky Bar in Chicago. I'm sure in the evening when it's full of hipsters it's an annoying little spot. But it was delightful when I was the only person there, with some good light and a cocktail.
