This happens sometimes when they are not sure if there are unicorns around. They come out, survey the landscape and if no unicorns found - go back. It's a symbiotic relationship, really.
The rainbow being the symbol of resilience during this pandemia, I thought it could be a good idea to revive one of the numerous old threads on this.
So here are a few that I shot quite a while ago, in 2011, with the camera I had at the time, a Canon XTi with a Sigma 24mm-2.8 for the wide ones, and EF 70-300 IS usm for the last one. This is over the St-Lawrence River.
