One advantage (or disadvantage?) with getting a new camera is that my old one is free for my kids to use. Here's a pic of my lad trying to be like his Dad.

A fellow sunset hunter. His camera was much bigger than mine, his tripod was much less non-existent than mine, and I suspect he was doing long exposure since he had a large dark-looking rectangular filter on the front at dusk.

On the way to California last week, we swung by Valley of Fire, a popular Nevada State Park. Soon after entering the Park we came across this wedding photog doing her thing. These are quick snapshots out the car window and they were about 100 yards away. She is a beautiful bride!!

If that was my wedding I'd probably value those more than the contrived photos.

Sort of cheating. My daughter shot this sneaky pic of me yesterday, trying to catch some autumnal reflections at Stourhead (and also trying hard not to fall in...)
Taken with my old G3 that I gave her, and the 12-60 I bought for her to go with it.
