Thank you for the very kind words, I wasn't sure anyone had seen the image. It was followed in less than a minute by another, and the thread just pounded on to a subsequent page.

I really like the image.... I like Margsie too...

Timeless beauty.

Thanks, Alan.

Daughter's track meet

Had some daddy fun with the E-P2 this week, then some more fun with Silver Efex today.

May have to break down and buy it, since I doubt I can win it. ;-)

i just picked up the whole nik bundle based on what i could do in the silver efx pro 2 demo and after seeing these great pics i even feel better about my purchase. i also really like the Dfine plugin which is giving new life (and a nice controllable grain) to my very high ido EP-1 night shots

History Browser

I've just acquired Silver Efex Pro 2 and so have been working my way through this thread trying to pick up pointers from the wonderful photos. I saw RayS and JohnMetsn's comments about not being able to see the adjustments made after saving the photo. True. But when you've finished PP, and before saving, if you open the 'Show History Browser' (third icon from left) you get a list of all the adjustments you have made. I then hit the 'Print Screen' key and paste it into a Word document. All you have to do is take note of the last adjustment made in each section (i.e. Presets, Contrast etc.). I just did it - and it works.

Great tip... why didn't I think of that?
