I don't have the originals handy as I'm at the office (obviously busy *not* working)

Alan your girl on the beach looks most effective.
I'd like to see before & after shots from the other posters too.

If anyone else would like to do mouseovers, you can use the following HTML code:

    HTML:
    [img]InsertNoMouseoverImageURLhere" rsrc="InsertMouseoverImageURLhere" border="0">

Saw this shot (in colour) a few days ago and liked it. The BW is really nice though - brings total focus to his expression.

Well, I am clearly losing it. I was sure I had seen it, but perhaps it was a similar one here or on the other site. or, as I say, I am just losing it.

    Either way, like the BW.

Pelao, all of these are great. I especially like the first one and the photo of mom and daughter.

Thanks. The first one, the beach, was taken at Manhattan Beach, California. We were in LA on business and had some time before a flight for a walk on the beach and then dinner. It's a great example of M4/3 to the rescue: the trip was a quick cabin-baggage only affair, yet I was able to bring a camera and lens set-up that gives me the quality I need with weight I just did not notice.

    Pelao,

I was traveling most all day, only had my iPhone, so I didn;t have a chance to comment on your post. It's wonderful!

    Thanks. Alan

Given NIK's sponsorship, I decided to play with this image I took in Grand Central Station.
