The silver 79 CBX was mine a few years ago. I bought the white 82 CBX in 2003 and it's still mine. The silver V-Rod is my wife's bike.

The old red Honda trail bike is not mine, but they are so rare to find in such good shape, I snapped a couple of pics of it. The old Norton was at a poker run and it was the center of attention for me.

What is it about a Sportster with that little peanut tank that looks so good? It has to be the lines and just the general way the bike is laid out.

Nice Harleys!

It's true. The Sporty is my favorite ride. It's a rough rider but it really is a ride.
I can do real tight turns at 80mph where on the Heritage....
Well.... Ya just don't do that.
The peanut tank on this one is good for around 90 miles and then yer walking...

Hi Bill,

That is one beautiful airhead Beemer! I would love to have a mid 80's R-80 to add to my garage. I currently have a 1961 R-60 (project) Ural sidecar rig , 2003 R1200clc and my current favorite ride a 2010 basic black Bonnie. I just received my new G1 yesterday, and will post a bike pic or two in the future.

Thanks Gary

here's one of my favourite Bikes

I sold it a few years ago as it just got too heavy for me, (to push in and out of the garage), and to man handle around when stationary

Great to ride, bought in one of my "Leica moments" - I saw it in the showroom and just had to have it - I then "tricked" it out with all the sensible options

2003 BMW R1150GSA - one of the last BM "oilheads" before they started to produce those electronic "hexheads" and the like

Bill, it's beautiful. I'd be afraid to go shopping with you....
We'd both be in trouble....

my teenage son was with me at the time - you can image what he said

My wife would never let him near a Bike and I promised that I would not encourage him

She was right!
