This was the hardest thing I have tried so far
I have been practicing on it for 2.5 days.
Still not 100% happy with it but when I get
a good size diffuser I will give it another go.

I'm pretty sure that someone here has made a big diffuser that you can make at home!
Maybe someone that is into Macro has made one?
(Big white plastic bag stretched over some kind of frame?)
Perfect stay at home project!

I tried that too Bosse
I started to look what I could make a big diffuser out of.
Tried many things.
The hard part is that this diffuser has to be 2-5 cm above the bubble.
So everything I tried, showed texture of the material I used for a diffuser on the bubble.
It needs to be extremely fine woven, and I did not have a real diffuser.
Even the smallest wrinkle shows on the bubble too.
Havent tried plastic bag, since I didnt have any

A boat mooring ring at Mordialloc creek in Melbourne, Australia. This is the only one left of the originals from around 100 years ago. About 5-6 inches in diameter, oxy cut from a steel plate, probably.

Taken many years ago with my E-510 and one of its kit lenses. I have this printed at A2 size (larger than life) hanging. I love it.
