A few days ago my Fathers Day Self Gift arrived..... the new Olympus 12-45 f/4 Pro. This lens is going to be my everyday lens for the E-M5 III, and companioned with the 8mm FE Pro for a lightweight travel and scenic kit.

Both survived. So far I have tested EM5.2, 12-40 pro, EM1.2, PL 100-400, O 60 macro in similar or worse situations and the weathersealing, it’s bulletproof.

It does look sexy. When I saw this lens in their display cabinet, I just had to buy it, even though I don’t use this focal length much.

No, but I removed the collar that comes with lens and attached a RRS plate directly onto the lens. It's pretty flush!
