No. I wish Harvey. The drills and drive train powering them are part of the machine shop at the old Eleutherian Mills site in near Wilmington, Delaware where DuPont manufactured black gunpowder. The shop was used to manufacture and maintain equipment at the site. The drive train shown in the photo is powered by a water wheel and sluice gate system using water from the Brandywine Creek that runs alongside the site. In its time it was a marvel of innovation and even today one is still impressed seeing it in operation.
