Sadly, it's gone now and this is the best shot I ever got, using my first digital camera, a 4.1mega-pixel Sony Dsc-S85.

Very curious as to how you have such different bokeh in one image. Hexagonal and round, and the differing sizes. Wonderful!

Thanks, honestly I have no idea. I noticed the tiny wet cobwebs in the grass and started playing with MF against the sun.
The 60/2.8 bokeh is not ideal, but maybe that's why?
Maybe because the water drops have been at many varying distances using f8?

Thanks .... for some reason I had it in my mind that you couldn't even go near. Good to hear. We need to do that with some of our iconic things like our kauri.
