Forgive me for indulging; it's only now that I came to appreciate the lovely colours of the Fall Season.

Taken with Micro-Nikkor 60mm AF 2.8 D mounted on GF1.

We haven't had any color yet this year, so here are a few from last fall, taken with a Panasonic ZS3. I'll get some more later this month when the tree's start to really go.

autumn colours

GF!+14-45. Not a pretty sight but its a function of autumn - a windfall apple being colonised by wild yeasts. It doesn't smell too bad either; a little like cider. I'll try and post some autumn colour when the leaves begin to turn in this part of the world.

I love the colors and the cute little Amazon robots don't hurt either

I love the picture and can only wish I had that kind of photographic vision!! I'll never occur to me to picture something other than leaves :frown:

Off Topic:

This year, down here in North Alabama, the heat and lack of water has just killed the leaves. On my trip to the smokey's, the hills between Chattanooga and Knoxville were just brown and gray. Normally in late Septemeber/Early October these same trees start to show color. Here we aren't going to have much of color to show. I'm dissapointed because I got my PEN just after the leaves fell last year and I was hoping to get some this year.

Autumn colours

GF1+14-45. 7.30 a.m. this morning. After heavy overnight rain the sky cleared and the sun peeped out, warming the water on our back gate and raising a small cloud of steam. Sorry about the burnt out detail in top of the gate but I was pointing directly into the sun!
