Yes, I think you are right. On the other side, it was raining, which explains some of the shine. I like rainy days for their dark skies and the lack of people loitering in "my" scenes

I have to ask - is the Garton on Wolds near Burton Agnes? The inside looks stunning (and very nicely captured). Never seen such a highly decorated church since Roslin Chapel near Edinburgh - from Da Vinci code fame

Yes, they’re on opposite sides of Driffield. Garton on the Wolds to the West, and Burton Agnes on the East, on the way to Bridlington.
