I have both those but doubt I'd have taken such a nice shot - in fact, I thought you might have been using a pro lens, or even a larger sensor. Well done.

Thank you! I appreciate it. I think it's a great combo. I'm always amazed at the quality I can get out of such a small, relatively inexpensive kit.

As some of you know, I have a classic Citroen DS, which I chanced to buy a few months after I bought this Matchbox car at a market stall - I think of it as a good omen. Anyway, this model had been inexplicably missing from my life for a year, so when I opened the car boot (trunk), unlatched the case containing workshop manuals, and unzipped the anodized aluminium cup set therein, I was astonished to see it in there looking all perky! It's always nice to discover things you thought were lost.
