A couple of nice Chevys. The Biscayne was their bottom of the line sedan, (not sedan, dumb***...full size. This is obviously a coupe. Duh...) below the Belaire and Impala. I always thought they looked pretty classy.
A friend's father owned one. My friend and I used to hotrod around in it. It had a 455 cubic inch monster of an engine and could light up the tires for half a block if you hammered the throttle. It was a very comfortable car to drive.
an early model Holden in a street in Launceston. The house would be of same era.
A recent photo when I was walking about with the camera seeing all the older houses in that area. The Holden drove past and I grabbed the shot.
