Here is one of my more unique camping shots, from the archives.

From 1982, with an Olympus OM-2 and their OM Zuiko 75-150mm ƒ/4 zoom. My brother, Kurt, doing his Atlas impression.

Sorry for the (lack of) quality. I have never in my life said, "Gee, I wish I had shot that on cheaper film!" But I had some crappy 5247 movie film in there that was real cheap. Plus, the 75-150 was pretty flare-prone, and the front element was probably dirty.

Playing with selective colour.

From a few years ago.

My late lamented old (3rd hand) 1970s frame tent. I think the poles might have been cast iron

And some beer, which you needed after you'd managed to put that thing up (with the help of a few friends).

Hi Damiano,
@Amin Sabet has started several times that photos from any device are welcome everywhere except the showcases and other hardware-specific threads.
I remember that.
But seriously, do we really want this place to become "anything goes" including film images from the 70's?
Increased traffic is good for advertising reasons but one runs the risk to dilute the purpose of a site so much that could then die because of non-focused purpose.
A "one size fits all": bring on the endless blurry snapshots taken with iPhones at birthday parties and Disneyland? :whistling:

I don't know.
But you asked a few days ago for more participation in this thread.
Maybe these are the only pictures of camping these posters have.
Or maybe they're their favorites.

I know I haven't camped in an actual pitched tent since before I took photography seriously, and although I did take my E-3 (still not mu-43) when I stayed in a 'tent cabin' at Yosemite, I did not take any actual pictures of the campground iirc.

I love this, and to my mind it's got more relevance to a m43 forum than many other unrelated cameras, considering where the OMD line takes its styling cues from. I can't quite pick the car - am I at all close by guessing Mustang?
