So it does! I have a tendency to gloss over the links because so many are just a number. I looked up the peppers, they're a sweet variety. I had myself convinced that dish was spicy.

They're sweetish, but one in every dozen or so turn out to be spicy. They are like the Russian roulette of the pepper world. If you can find them at the grocery store, blister them in a hot pan and toss with sea salt. They are delicious.
