I was merely commenting on the fabulous wiring to the road sign. Since you brought up chains, in must be common place. I suspect it’s not intentional, but what type of situation would that be. Yesterday I narrated to a friend how gasoline trucks in the 1950s all used drag chains, leaving huge plumes of sparks in their wake.

I was moving 2000 lbs of concrete blocks on my 5 X 10 utility trailer and a wheel came off. I lit the weeds on the side of the road on fire.
