The 1920's era high school in the next town east from us was a castle like that. the auditorium was humongous. Full fly system over the stage, I think a functioning orchestra pit elevator, and a bleeping pipe organ. They were not just schools, they were centers of civic pride. Fortunately that structure was saved; it became luxury condos. I don't know what they did with the auditorium though.
Looks like a fixer upper! Solid in parts, only thorough cleaning needed and of course some windows and doors.A local rancher told me this cabin was referred to as the "Trapper Hays" cabin and he had no other history tidbits. Evidently, Trapper Hays had been long gone and it had been collecting refuse for many years. This cabin is located along the Strawberry River and the first photo shows the Strawberry Pinnacles on the way to the cabin.
