Betty you beat me by 9 minutes, I was going to see if we had a ornament thread I am sure everyone takes at least one or two shots. I like your idea better. These were just silly DOF shots.

Ummm, they wanted $55 for a wreath at the tree place I went out and picked some stuff up out of the yard and cobbled this together.

Here's a selection from our tree.
This decoration must be around 40 years old and was given out once we'd collected so many tokens at the local Esso petrol station. We had quite a collection in different colours, but I think this is the only survivor.

Here's a typical bauble, with untypical photographer within.

There two characters appear every year. They were two amongst dozens knitted by my wife, raising funds for our village primary school. I don't think I modelled for Santa at the time, but could do a pretty good job now.

Thiis decoration was sent to us from relatives in Hong Kong a few years back.
I wish the sentiment was true, only as I type it's blowing a gale and it's pitch black outside.

I'd like to wish everyone a joyous and hopefully peaceful festive season and hope you manage to enjoy some quality time with your families, however you celebrate Christmas and the New Year.

It's that time of year. Share your holiday photos and let's spread some cheer during this challenging year.

I found an adorable store that sells vintage and handmade items. I've really enjoyed finding Christmas decorations; here are two.
