Olympus sent me a lens from there store and it was poorly packed. I was shocked at the way they pack things. Anyway, Just to follow up, I did call Olympus on the phone and emailed and they were very helpful and I decided to send it back for another one just to be safe. The lens was OK but I did not like the way it might have been shaken during shipment. +1 for Olympus customer service here. -1 for whoever packs for shipping that day.
