Bravo for creating the thread. Gotta get something to contribute.
You're welcome, please do.

In the meantime, out of the sludge, beauty emerges.

This image has had some editing in Photoshop, unlike the vast majority of images I post here.

Like John, I've not touched the colours of most pictures posted here.
But this one has received the POP filter, some vignette, and the frame, in Snapseed.

From my old Fujifilm S3 Pro. A photographer friend of my wife sent her this camera which is in great condition for postage only. This pic is of me getting ready for my Covid shot which will take place in less than 2 hours.

This was from my old Olympus C-7000Z P&S (originally cost about $600), saved as a raw file. 35-mm equiv. focal length = 190 mm.

I’m blown away by the starburst effect you got out of essentially a point and shoot. Well done.
Thanks ! Despite its limited controls (AF only, 1/1.7’’ sensor) it gave me some memorable photos over 9 years of ownership until I momentarily splashed it in sea foam... So much corrosion after a 1 second splash! I believe it should have been an Olympus made camera for Kodak - to my eyes the colors I got from it were quite similar. Main reason I chose it over the much more fancy DX6490 back then were the bigger sensor and 60 seconds manual exposure ability. I was all about long exposures and all I could afford was a better P&S.
