"Lone thy heart,
Sound no more,
Light long past,
Cold forevermore,
World split apart,
From the sky into the ground,
'Till death do us apart,
Thy love is no more."

This always reminds me of an alien space-ship, the spiny drive part here in the centre of the picture, the motor/cargo space in the next round dome to the left and then the command/passenger module on the far left. Great architecture and the reflections in the water makes it fabulous!
It feels like one of the giant Cylon Resurrection ships:

Santiago Calatrava intended it to look like the skeleton of a fish. To the left of this building is a small eliptical orb called Hemispheric which is supposed to be the head. To the right is a suspension bridge that looks like a tail. The three structures together are a natural metaphor for the ocean which is just 2km away. Growing up in New York I was always proud of Lincoln Center as an artistic hub inside a great city. The City of Arts and Sciences is one of the greatest artistic and architectural hubs of imagination in the world and every time I see it I am amazed with the scale and ambition of it. At dusk and dawn and all through the day the light and reflections change the way it looks and offer endless photographic opportunities.

I had an afternoon walk with a friend of mine, a cloudy day on a familiar route. When we walked down towards the ruined barn, we both stared in awe when it was suddenly autumn again for just a brief moment. The clouds opened just a little bit, diffusing the setting sun. The trees in the photo were almost completely glowing in gold, almost like they have been covered in it. By the time I got my camera out, the clouds were already closing. The forest in the background also glowed in warm red, yellow and orange tones, almost like we went back to fall season. The photo unfortunately doesn't do it justice.

Pictures rarely do a scene such as this justice but we have to try! Very nice, also lots of great images in your Flickr album!
