Sunny and 70F today, the dog wanted to spend some time cooling off in the creek. A great thing about a $50 older 12 Mpx camera is I'm not afraid to take it into the creek with me.

My only 12 MPx camera was my FTs E-30. Same sensor as the first of the mFTs Olympus cameras. I have over 1,000 photos taken with this camera taken over about 7 years on my web site.

When the WB is set accurately, the Panasonic GF1 is capable of revealing beautiful colors, which are close to real life as well.

I recently picked up a Lumix GF1 for $30. Fun little thing - reminds me of my first M43 camera (which is also my first interchangeable lens camera too) - the Lumix GF3. Still looking to get my hands on a GF3 at a bargain price, but the GF1 is just as fun.

Put the trusted 20mm 1.7 on the GF1 and just snapped some bw photos of the dogs in the yard.
